How to Submit Claims to Greenchoice Flowers

If your flowers arrive in bad condition, you have up to 2 days after its arrival to send to customerservice@greenchoiceflowers.com the following information:
  • 5 digital pictures in different angles of the flowers in question.
  • Specify the number of damaged stems.
  • 2 digital pictures of the side labels of the box that came in the flowers.
  • Product claimed in the condition it arrived.
It is critically important to receive this information to determine responsibility at the farm or courier level. We reserve the right to have the flowers return to our Miami facility for quality control inspection. It will take us 24 hours to get back to you with an answer. If we decide the damage is related to the farm or courier, you will get a credit note for the damaged flowers that you can use it towards your next purchase.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations must be received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled delivery date. If you wish to cancel your Greenchoice Flowers order please send an e-mail to customerservice@greenchoiceflowers.com, with the subject heading CANCEL. Please type your order number along with your name and address in the body of the email. You will receive an email notice verifying cancellation of your order within 48 hours. All canceled orders will be charged a 15% service fee. Greenchoice Flowers will refund the amount you paid minus the 15% cancellation processing fee.

Changes to your Order

If you would like to change your flower order, please contact us 7 days prior to scheduled delivery date. We might not be able to make changes to an order without sufficient notice. There is a $10 fee to change the scheduled delivery address and is not guaranteed.
