Responsibility to Follow Instructions:
By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge that you are the florist for your event. It is your responsibility to carefully review and adhere to all instructions provided by Greenchoice Flowers.
Proper handling and care of the flowers are solely the customer’s responsibility. Greenchoice Flowers cannot be held accountable for any damage resulting from improper care. Detailed care instructions are available on each product page, and additional resources can be found on our Flower Care page. -
Delivery and Shipping:
You are responsible for accepting your delivery. Carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or GSO may or may not leave packages at your door, depending on the driver’s discretion. Greenchoice Flowers is not liable for stolen packages or damage caused by packages being left outdoors during adverse weather conditions. We are also not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers due to weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If you are not available to accept delivery and the carrier holds the package, you forfeit any rights to refunds, without exception. It is your responsibility to arrange for redelivery or pickup. Greenchoice Flowers cannot assist with redelivery, as this is governed by carrier policies.
Supplies are shipped via FedEx or USPS and typically arrive within 2-14 days, depending on your location. You are responsible for accepting the delivery. Greenchoice Flowers is not liable for stolen packages or damage caused by packages being left outdoors during inclement weather or other unforeseen events. We are also not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
If a signature is required for delivery and you are not present, you forfeit any rights to refunds, without exception. You must coordinate redelivery or pickup directly with the carrier. Greenchoice Flowers cannot intervene in these matters. -
Providing Accurate Event Details:
You are responsible for ensuring that all event information, including the event date, is accurate. Providing incorrect dates to receive flowers earlier or later than our recommended three-day window will result in the inability to ship replacements or issue refunds. Any claims under these circumstances will be denied. -
Understanding Natural Variations in Flowers:
I acknowledge that flowers are natural products and may have imperfections. A loss of 5-10% or less is considered normal.
Greenchoice Flowers guarantees the overall quality and freshness of your shipment. All flowers require hydration after delivery, and we recommend prepping them immediately and allowing them to hydrate for at least one hour before removing any wrapping.
Due to the natural variations in flowers, including color differences and minor blemishes, we cannot guarantee that every stem will be flawless. Some stems may not be suitable for arrangements, which is a normal part of the design process. As you prepare your flowers, you may lose or break a few stems, which is typical in floral work. -
Policy on Flower Substitutions:
I understand that Greenchoice Flowers may need to make substitutions in certain circumstances. Substitutions are made only when absolutely necessary, such as when a specific bloom or foliage is unavailable or does not meet quality standards. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value and will align with the original order’s intent. For example, we will not substitute lower-value flowers for premium blooms. -
Process for Claims, Refunds, and Replacements:
If there are any issues with your order, such as damaged flowers, significant color discrepancies, or missing items, you must contact Greenchoice Flowers immediately or within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. Refunds will not be issued for minor color variations. Do not discard any flowers until you receive authorization from Greenchoice Flowers.
Greenchoice Flowers will not reimburse for flowers purchased from other suppliers. We will only refund or replace flowers purchased directly from us, provided the claim is submitted within 24 hours of delivery, please send to customerservice@greenchoiceflowers.com the following information:

5 digital pictures in different angles of the flowers in question.

Specify the number of damaged stems.

2 digital pictures of the side labels of the box that came in the flowers.

Product claimed in the condition it arrived.
It is critically important to receive this information to determine responsibility at the farm or courier level. Greenchoice Flowers reserves the right to inspect all disputed orders.Product may be requested back. Complaints concerning part of the order supplied cannot be a reason for rejecting the entire order. If Greenchoice Flowers accepts the claim, you will receive replacement item at no charge. Claims submitted after the event, beyond 24 hours of delivery, or without photos will not be honored. No exceptions.

Cancellation Policy:
Any order cancellation incurs in a 35% fee of the total order amount, covering credit card fees, transaction costs, and the labor time involved in processing cancellations. Your refund will reflect the reimbursed amount minus the 35% cancellation processing fee. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Should you wish to cancel your order with Greenchoice Flowers, please convey your request via email to customerservice@greenchoiceflowers.com with the subject line "CANCEL ORDER." In the body of the email, include your order number, name, and address. A confirmation email acknowledging the cancellation will be sent within 48 hours. Cancellations are permitted up to 30 days before the scheduled delivery date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of delivery, as the flowers will have already been purchased and secured. No exceptions.
Excessive changes to your order may result in additional fees at our discretion. -
Making Changes to Your Order:
You may add additional flowers to your order without incurring extra shipping fees, provided the changes are made at least 30 days before your delivery date.
Add-on or change requests made less than 14 days before delivery will incur a $50 expedited fee.
While we aim to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee changes made close to the delivery date. To modify your order, email CUSTOMERSERVICE@GREENCHOICEFLOWERS.COM with the items you wish to add. -
Right to Refuse Service:
Greenchoice Flowers reserves the right to refuse service to any order, individual, or entity at our discretion, without providing a reason.
Customers who are disrespectful, excessively demanding, or use inappropriate language will have their orders canceled and refunded at any time. -
Copyright Protection:
All content on the Greenchoice Flowers website, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the exclusive property of Greenchoice Flowers and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The arrangement and compilation of all content on the site are the sole property of Greenchoice Flowers and protected under U.S. and international copyright laws.
