How to Submit Claims to Greenchoice Flowers

If your flowers arrive late or in bad condition, you have up to 24 hours after its arrival to send to customerservice@greenchoiceflowers.com the following information:
  • 5 digital pictures in different angles of the flowers in question.
  • Specify the number of damaged stems.
  • 2 digital pictures of the side labels of the box that came in the flowers.
  • Product claimed in the condition it arrived.
It is critically important to receive this information to determine responsibility at the farm or courier level.

Greenchoiceflowers.com reserves the right to inspect all disputed orders.
Product may be requested back. Complaints concerning part of the order supplied cannot be a reason for rejecting the entire order. If Greenchoiceflowers.com accepts the claim, you will receive replacement item at no charge.

It will take us 24 hours or sooner to get back to you with an answer. If we decide the damage is related to the farm or courier, you will receive replacement item at no charge or an online store credit note for the damaged flowers, depending on the circumstances.

Greenchoiceflowers.com is not responsible for:
  1. Flowers delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
  2. Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address supplied by the customer.
  3. Possible diminished flower quality due to a requested re-route by the customer.
  4. Late deliveries by the shipping carrier. If you receive your delivery 4 days after the requested date, please notify us and we will issue an online store credit note.
  5. Mishandling of flowers by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to know how to handle the flowers.
  6. Due to the perishable nature of our products, Greenchoiceflowers.com and FedEx/UPS cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to weather or unforseen conditions. If a situation like this should occur and the product is damaged or lost.

Order Cancellations

Any order cancellation incurs in a 35% fee of the total order amount,  covering credit card fees, transaction costs, and the labor time involved in processing cancellations. Your refund will reflect the reimbursed amount minus the 35% cancellation processing fee. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Should you wish to cancel your order with greenchoiceflowers.com, please convey your request via email to customerservice@greenchoiceflowers.com with the subject line "CANCEL." In the body of the email, include your order number, name, and address. A confirmation email acknowledging the cancellation will be sent within 48 hours.

Cancellations 30 days before your initially schedule delivery date, incur a 50% fee of the total order amount, covering credit card fees, transaction costs, and the labor time involved in processing cancellations. Your refund will reflect the reimbursed amount minus the 35% cancellation processing fee. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Conditions in Wild Products

We carefully gather and package our wild-harvested products (Smilax Vines, Elaeagnus, Texas Smilax, Vines) for your event, ensuring quality control. However, due to seasonal conditions and freight handling, there's a possibility of deterioration beyond our control. Therefore, we cannot guarantee perfect conditions.
Please note that refunds are not applicable for these specific products.

Changes to your Order

If you would like to change your flower order, please contact us 10 business days prior to scheduled delivery date. We might not be able to make changes to an order without sufficient notice. There is a $30 fee to change the scheduled delivery address and is not guaranteed.
