• Our quality dried flower are 15% - 25% cheaper than our competition.
• Order 1 week before your event
  
• The product is carefully selected before shipping
• The product is harvested the day before it is shipped
• We do not offer refunds, only replacement product or future order credits
• On rare or exceptional occasions substitutions may be necessary, in which case we would make sure the product we are replacing it with is similar to your original choice. We will always communicate you first via email of such change, however in certain circumstances a flower substitution may be shipped without written or verbal confirmation from you.

Flower Care

• DO NOT WATER! They do not need any water. Sprinkling water or perfume can cause damage

• Should not be kept in high moisture area

• Avoid contact with direct sunlight to prevent discoloration or fading
  

• Blow with hair dryer from a moderate distance when dusty

• We send FedEx directly to your door
• We deliver Tuesday through Friday.
• We will email your tracking information once we ship
• Shipments to Alaska have a $50 surcharge
• Shipments to Hawaii have a $100 surcharge
