Smilax Pro is our account program for the people who install Smilax for a living: florists, event designers, wedding planners and venues who order it week after week, not once.
Here's how it works: you fill out the short application below. We verify your business. Once you're approved, we email you your account details and everything that comes with it: your pricing tier, your direct contact, and how to reserve inventory ahead of your booked dates.
There's no fee and no minimum to apply. Approval is based on your business, not on a purchase commitment.
Professional pricing. Volume-based rates below public wholesale tiers, applied to your account automatically: no promo codes to remember.
Priority attention on Smilax. A direct line to a person, not a contact form. When something goes wrong the week of an event, you're not waiting in a general support queue.
Reserved boxes in the off-season. This is the one that matters most. April through June is when Smilax gets tight and suppliers run out. Pro accounts can reserve inventory against specific booked dates ahead of time, so your wedding doesn't lose its greenery because the season turned.
Priority on peak weeks. The busiest spring and fall wedding weekends get allocated first to Pro accounts.
Emergency replacement priority. If a box arrives wrong the week of an event, Pro accounts go to the front of the line for a rush replacement where inventory allows.
Recurring and scheduled orders. Set up standing shipments against your event calendar instead of reordering box by box.

8–10 lbs · about 5–8 vines, each 8–10 ft. Sweetheart tables, head table garlands, half-arch designs.
15–20 lbs · about 10–15 vines, each 8–10 ft. Our most ordered size: covers a standard 8×8 ft arch on its own.
25–30 lbs · about 15–20 vines, each 8–10 ft. Full ceremony aisles, large arches, big installations.
Wholesale pricing applies automatically at 3+ boxes of the same size: up to 7% off.
