• On rare or exceptional occasions, substitutions may be necessary. In this case, we will make sure the replacement product is similar to your original choice. We will always notify you first via email regarding such changes; however, in certain circumstances, a flower substitution may be shipped without written or verbal confirmation from you.

Flower Care

• All your flowers have been well-hydrated beforehand to travel and arrive fresh.

• Using floral shears or a sharp knife, cut the stems (1”) diagonally under running water.

• Fill buckets with 4” of clean water and place your flowers in the container.

• Allow the blooms at least 4 hours to rehydrate and keep them away from direct sunlight.

• Change the water every 24 hours for best results.

• Vase life is about 8 days if kept in a cooler, away from direct sunlight or heat.

• We ship via FedEx directly to your door.

• We deliver Tuesday through Friday.

• We will email your tracking information once your order ships.

• Shipments to Alaska have a $50 surcharge.

• Shipments to Hawaii have a $100 surcharge.
