• Upon arrival, unpack immediately and trim 1–2 in. off each stem at a 45° angle under water.
• Place in clean, room-temperature water with the included flower food; strip all foliage below the waterline.
• Cremons are thirsty — check water levels daily and top off as needed.
• Keep in a cool room away from direct sunlight, heating/AC vents, and ripening fruit (ethylene gas shortens vase life).
• Re-cut stems and change water every 2 days for maximum vase life.
• Tinted stems may release a small amount of color into the water — this is normal.

• We ship via FedEx and UPS overnight delivery directly to your door.
• We deliver Tuesday through Friday.
• For weddings and events, please order at least one week in advance of your event date to allow time for hydration and delivery.
• We email your tracking information once we ship.
• Bouquets are shipped under cold-chain conditions to preserve freshness from farm to shelf.
• Shipments to Alaska have a $50 surcharge.
