Ceremony Package — What you receive

• 1 × Size L box of fresh Smilax vines, supplied from our Wild Smilax product.
• Approximate total vine length: 120–150 linear feet. Use 120 ft as the conservative planning reference, not as a guarantee of identical yield.
• Approximate packed weight: 15–20 lbs. Natural branching and leaf density vary.
• Not included: flowers, pre-made garlands, arch frames, chandelier rings, wire, ties, rigging or installation labor.

Full wedding arch / altar frame

Our product guide’s starting point is one L box for an approximately 8 ft high × 8 ft wide arch. For a rectangular frame, two uprights plus the top make a 24 ft path; layered foliage uses more vine than that path length. A deeper frame, full 360-degree coverage or a very dense finish needs additional material.

Arched entrance

The DIY guide includes one L box on an arched doorway approximately 12 ft high × 11 ft wide × 1.5 ft deep. Treat it as the photographed design reference, not a promise of solid foliage at every point. It is an alternative use of this box.

Staircase / banister

Measure the actual sloping handrail, not the horizontal floor length. Count both rails separately, then include each wrap or parallel pass and every hanging swag. No universal staircase size is guaranteed by this package.

Columns / pillars

For each column, record height, diameter, number of spiral turns and number of parallel vine spirals. Eight feet of column height alone is not enough information to size a fully wrapped installation.

Illustrative railing layout: two 15 ft handrails, each with three parallel vine passes and 6 ft of additional hanging tails, use (15 × 3 + 6) × 2 = 102 ft. With a 10% planning allowance: 112.2 ft. That fits within the 120 ft planning reference, but describes a layered railing treatment—not a solid foliage wall or all stair balusters.

Planning allowance: 10% in the measured examples is an explicit allowance for overlap, trimming and adjustments, not a measured loss rate or a guarantee. No extra 10% has been added to the published box-reference allocations.

If you allocate the entire L box to the ceremony arch, budget the aisle, tables and chandelier separately. The Full Wedding Package combines one L and one XL; confirm the actual project list before choosing it.

Wedding focal flowers

Garden roses for focal clusters and ranunculus for smaller accents. Allocate flowers separately; none are included in this Smilax package.

Compare individual boxes and wholesale variants for a different quantity. Do not substitute the footage of loose vines for the finished length of a pre-made garland.

• Unpack promptly, inspect the vines and loosen the transit bundles.
• Follow the care instructions included with your shipment. Keep the greenery cool and away from direct sun, heat and drying air.
• Mist as directed and plan installation close to the event; appearance and longevity vary with venue conditions.
• Keep greenery away from open flames and hot lamps, and separate it from exposed food.
• For overhead work, have the venue and installer approve supports and attachment points. Greenery does not replace structural fixings.
