Florist Bulk Package — What you receive

• Approximate total vine length: 720–900 linear feet. Use 720 ft as the conservative planning reference, not as a guarantee of identical yield.
• Approximate packed weight: 90–120 lbs combined. Natural branching and leaf density vary.
• Not included: flowers, pre-made garlands, arch frames, chandelier rings, wire, ties, rigging or installation labor.

Multiple ceremony arches

Using the published 120 ft planning allowance for an approximately 8 × 8 ft arch, six allocations total 720 ft. Each arch must match that reference style; larger, deeper or fuller builds require more.

A coordinated wedding plan

Allocate boxes by installation: ceremony arch, aisle, entrances, tables and hanging focal points. The bundle supplies six L boxes; it does not imply six complete weddings.

Repeat professional work

Create a project sheet with dimensions, vine passes, installed look and actual material used. Your completed jobs are the best way to refine future estimates for your own design style.

Columns, bars and railings

Measure actual vine paths, winding turns and drops, then total all zones. Use the order as a pooled material budget instead of rounding every small feature up to a separate box.

Illustrative allocation: two arch reference allowances use 240 ft; one published bar-backdrop allowance uses 240 ft; two small-chandelier allowances use 140 ft. Combined: 620 ft against the 720 ft low-end planning quantity. Adjust for actual dimensions and reserve extra material if the visual finish is denser than those references.

Planning allowance: 10% in the measured examples is an explicit allowance for overlap, trimming and adjustments, not a measured loss rate or a guarantee. No extra 10% has been added to the published box-reference allocations.

Check delivery timing for every event. This is a one-time six-box purchase; the word “Recurring” in the product name does not create a subscription or schedule repeat deliveries. Discuss future dates separately with our team.

• Unpack promptly, inspect the vines and loosen the transit bundles.
• Follow the care instructions included with your shipment. Keep the greenery cool and away from direct sun, heat and drying air.
• Mist as directed and plan installation close to the event; appearance and longevity vary with venue conditions.
• Keep greenery away from open flames and hot lamps, and separate it from exposed food.
• For overhead work, have the venue and installer approve supports and attachment points. Greenery does not replace structural fixings.
